This amazing chocolate cake is a little bit different than the regular ones. It's made with looots of chocolate and just a tiny bit of flour. That is why, we can say that this is the ultimate pure chocolate cake. It literally melts in your mouth but the best thing is, it can be made just in one bowl! Recipe is super easy and quick so you can make this delicious cake anytime you want. I really adore this one because it is so goey, full of chocolate and it goes so well with raspberries. The raspberry sourness combines with chocolate sweetness, so you get a well balanced flavours.

INGREDIENTS:
280g dark chocolate (chopped)
90g butter
130g sugar
25g flour
100g ground almonds
4 eggs
2 teaspoons milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
100g raspberries

- Heat the oven to 175℃ and butter your cake pan.
- Pour about 1dl water in a sauce pan
- Place your chocolate in a heatproof bowl and put you bowl over the sauce pan filled with water.
- Make sure your bowl doesn't touch the water
- Heat the water and bring to boil.
- Add butter and melt it together with the chocolate
- When melted, take of the heat and add sugar, flour, almonds and milk.
- Mix everything together and cool to room temperature.
- Add eggs (if your batter is too hot, then your eggs will ''cook'' in the mixture).
- Pour your batter in your cake pan (16cm) and cover it with aluminium foil.
- Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
- When baked, take of the foil and cool your cake in the pan.
- After cooled to room temperature, take it out of the pan and refridgerate it for at least 2 hours.

Maybe your cake will look a bit underbaked at first, but don't worry. After you place the cake in the fridge, the chocolate thickens so you get a nice and goey texture. Before serving, I like to sprinkle my cake with cocoa powder and add a lot raspberries. Raspberries and chocolate is really a great combination. As a cherry on top, you can add whipped cream - everything together tastes absolutely delicious.
Anyway, happy baking.
